Fulfillment Policy
1. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and goods, all sales are final, and refunds are generally not offered once work has begun. However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:
- Website Development & Logo Design: If work has not yet started, a full refund may be issued. If work is in progress, a partial refund may be granted based on completed milestones.
- Digital Marketing Services: No refunds are provided for completed services. If a campaign has not yet launched, a partial refund may be considered.
- Custom Agreements: If a refund policy is outlined in a specific contract, that agreement takes precedence.

2. Delivery Policy
All digital goods and services are delivered electronically based on the agreed timeline outlined in the project proposal or contract. Delivery methods include:
- Website Development: A staging link or live deployment, along with any necessary credentials.
- Logo Design: High-resolution files in formats such as PNG, JPG, SVG, and AI.
- Marketing Services: Reports, analytics, and campaign results delivered via email or a shared cloud folder.
Delivery timelines depend on project scope and are discussed before work begins.
3. Return Policy & Process
As all services are custom and digital, returns are not applicable. However, I do offer revisions within the scope of the project:
- Logo Design: Typically includes [X] rounds of revisions (as outlined in your contract). Additional revisions may be billed separately.
- Website Development: Includes a review period before final deployment for requested tweaks.
- Marketing Services: Adjustments may be made to active campaigns but cannot be "returned."
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to discuss reasonable modifications.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel ongoing services with a 30-day notice for website management and other recurring services.
- If cancellation occurs before the next billing cycle, services will continue until the end of the current cycle.
- For one-time projects, cancellations made before work starts are eligible for a full refund.
- If work has already started, a prorated refund may be offered based on completed work.
